About Little Village
The neighborhood is commonly called the Mexico of the Midwest and is home to a Mexican Independence Day celebration every September. The population is a significant 79,000 and the area is 4.4 square miles – one of the largest communities within Chicago. The area also boasts a considerable amount of green space, with more than half a dozen parks for residents to choose from and all are accessible to Chicago Airport by shuttle.

El Faro offers a number of vegetarian options amongst the meat-based Mexican favorites. La Casa De Samuel has a lot of exotic meat on the menu, including alligator and rattlesnake.
