Those who chose to fly into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport can hop onto the convenient light rail all the way to its last stop at Westlake Center. From there, the convention center is just a few blocks away. King County Metro has exceptional service and runs lines throughout the downtown area as well as into the surrounding countryside for anyone who wants to take in some of Seattle’s outdoor recreation activities during their stay. Other nearby airports include Boeing Field Airport which has rides to the convention center.

The Washington State Convention and Trade Center is the premier event location in Washington. They offer 61 meeting rooms, 4 ballrooms and 6 exhibit halls. All meeting rooms and ballrooms are fully carpeted and to provide the most comfortable space possible for you meetings, conferences, banquets-no matter what it is, we’ll accommodate you.
The meeting rooms cover a combined 57,000 square feet and are flexible in their arrangement, making them the perfect workspace for groups of any size. The ballrooms total 45,000 square feet and can be combined into one extravagant setting or divided into smaller rooms for a more intimate feel.
There is 205,700 square feet of exhibit space between the six halls, all cleared for heavy loads. These halls are surrounding by 20 covered loading bays, so no matter what the Pacific Northwest climate has decided to throw at you on your event day, you can unload and set up in comfort.
In addition to these dedicated areas, cozy seating arrangements are spread throughout the Center, perfect for more intimate gatherings between workshops. Take time out for a coffee break and some social networking in any of our stylish and comfortable areas.
The Homewood Suites by Hilton is conveniently located just down the street from the Center. A kitchen in every suite leaves your dining options completely in your hands for when a late night at the convention leaves you too tired to go out to eat. The Roosevelt Coast Hotel is equally close to the convention center. Located in a historic downtown building, this hotel oozes old world charm and comfort.
