|The Orange County Convention Center is main public convention center for Central Florida and surrounding areas. The convention center is the second largest in North America behind Chicago’s McCormick Place.|
Rosen Center Hotel located just next to the convention center is an upscale, full-service hotel. It is smoke-free and features an outdoor pool, fitness center, free Internet access, 2 restaurants and paid parking. It has 24 floors and is pet-friendly.
Red Roof Inn located just 0.2 miles from the convention center is a fairly budget motel with an outdoor heated pool and Wi-Fi in each room. Free parking is available, but limited to one car and pets are not allowed. There are various transport options to the convention center from either the airport or Central Orlando. Buses and taxis ply the route, but for a more private and comfortable service, Magical Express, Orlando Van and Mears transportation are highly recommended.

When visitors are not attending conference meetings or exhibitions at the OCCC, they can take time to visit Magic Kingdom, Island of Adventures, Universal Studios, SeaWorld Orlando, Dinosaur World, Discovery Cove and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. There’s just so much to see and do near the convention center. There are also numerous restaurants within vicinity of the convention center that serve a plethora of American, Caribbean, Mexican and South American dishes.

You can basically feel as though you are in a shopping mall, but only bigger and nicer.
