The Loop Airport Shuttle Service
Chicago is well known for their food truck scene so make sure that you take a stroll over to Monroe and Michigan to have lunch at Gino's Steak Truck and then dessert at Flirty Cupcakes. The night life is just as great with many bars, pubs, and clubs that line the streets in the Loop. If you like the hip and trendy bustle of the city the Loop is the neighborhood for you.

Historically the Loop served as an integral part of the public transportation system where the cable cars turned around and later the elevated rail lines connected. The tradition has remained and still today the major transportation hub creates a circle around this portion of the city.

Loop
Loop shuttle to the airport
The Loop is one of four downtown neighborhoods that have daily transfer rides to the airport. In the Loop you will find some of the tallest buildings that make up the Chicago skyline. It is also home to fine architecture, the ostentatious downtown theater district and one of the biggest annual music festivals in the country.
About the Loop
One of the most notable buildings located in Chicago is the Willis Tower, the tallest building and the Chicago Board of Trade building both found in the Loop. The Willis Tower previously referred to as the Sears Tower; this building was the tallest in the World for nearly 25 years, has round trips from Chicago Airport. It is now the 2nd tallest in the United States next to One World Trade Center and it is the twelfth largest building in the world.

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) building is a National Historic Landmark, built in 1930 and added to the historical registry in 1978 the CBOT is one of the oldest buildings in the Loop. This building was the headquarters of Wayne Enterprises in the movie The Dark Knight.

Just walking through the Loop will remind you of scenes from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, The Blues Brothers, Transformers Age of Extinction or one of many of the other movies that were filmed in the Loop.

One day in the neighborhood and you will quickly realize that this is the center of all that Chicago has to offer; from the world class art, to the public parks to the nightlife and the shopping.

The Chicago Transit Authority, or also known as CTA, offer several bus lines that run through the Loop and is easy ground transportation to hotels in Chicago. The Loop is a busy bustling neighborhood that is better left to public transportation than by car.

If you rarely visit the Loop or haven’t ventured in a river cruise will let you take in all the beauty the area has to offer. For those who would rather take their adventures by land there are many museums, parks, theatres, and monuments to see.

When there is a parade or festival is in Chicago, the Loop is ground zero. The Gospel Fest, Blues Fest, Grant Park Music festival, or the Jazz fest are just some of the festivals that you can visit annual in this neighborhood. The much famed Lollapalooze is permanently held in the Chicago Loop as well.
