About the Dallas Convention Center
With more than 2 million square feet in usable space, the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center (KBHCC) facility contains a variety of venue options. It’s capable of holding massive gatherings and conferences in its 700+ thousand square foot exhibit hall that includes a 200+ thousand square foot area that accommodates groups or events that need a sense of unity – the largest such space in America. This capacity is a signature feature of the annual Dallas Auto Show. Artistic exhibits regularly utilize the spaces, and original art pieces are strategically situated throughout the entire complex.
But for other entertainment, work and enjoyment, the options are just as diverse. The original Dallas Memorial Auditorium fills the eastern side (with over 9,800 seating capacity) and readily adjoins a 1,740 seat theater, more than 100 meeting rooms and the gigantic main feature rooms.
Being in the convention district means there is ready access to supporting business to ensure adequate supplies and technical support, including 75 truck docking hubs. The main building is Silver LEED certified.
