About College Park
It is easy to visit many other areas of Orlando from this area, including the area around University of Central Florida, the theme parks in Kissimmee, and the convention center on International Drive. The Orlando International Airport offers many flights every day and has a large shopping center within the airport itself. There’s much to know about College Park and there are many restaurants that are family operated.

College Park Hotels
The majority of hotels in College Park are actually found in downtown. This includes the Courtyard Orlando, which features contemporary rooms as well as an outdoor pool. There is also the DoubleTree by Hilton, which is particularly popular because of the outdoor pool. You can also look forward to the Comfort Suites Downtown, which is on North Orange Avenue and has a fitness center. It is within walking range to many of the area attractions.

There is also a bed and breakfast in College Park, which is located directly on Lake Eola for some breathtaking views. It is centrally located too much and a typical Florida breakfast is served every morning.

College Park Attractions
Many attractions are found throughout College Park. The Orlando Science Center is nearby and there are also playgrounds that are nearby for the kids to play on. For more cultural attractions, you can explore the Orlando Shakespeare Theater that has various performances throughout the year as well as the Mennello Museum of American Art.

Within downtown, there is also a comedy improv as well as the Amway Arena, that is home of the Orlando Magic as well as where many concerts and other events take place every year. Various symphonies and off-Broadway performances can be seen at Bob Carr. There is always the possibility of driving further out of the area and going into Walt Disney World, Universal, or beyond for family fun within the theme parks.
