There are options of permanent or portable concession stands to serve our guests. The Pontchartrain Center has a fully operable kitchen that is managed by Messina’s Catering and Concessionaire, which is also the in house caterer. They provide gourmet cuisine and also local cuisine. They have the ability to serve up to 3,000 guests.
The Pontchartrain Center has a full electrical service in the meeting rooms, exhibition areas and also the theater. Tables, chairs and linens are available on request. There is a full array of electrical equipment and TVs, VCRs, stereo equipment and audio visual needs. The facility is also happy to rent out curtains, skirting and Marlay floor. Stage lights and other lighting is also available. As one home of the UFC Fighting Championships, the facility is able to accommodate any and all needs.
