|When you think of California your first thought might be beaches and the ocean. But then what may come to mine is wine. California is synonymous with being a contender in the wine making department. One such city leading the pack in wine production is Paso Robles.|
About the Paso Robles Event Center
A quaint city of just over 30,000 people is also known for its olive oil production and almond orchards. Another thing that Paso is well-known for is being the host of the California Mid-States Fair.
Paso Robles Event Center is home to the annual California Mid-States Fair and concerts. It is located on 40 acres and is also a convention center with 75,000 sq. ft. of building space. With a barn, 2 halls, and 2 pavilions it makes it perfect to host equestrian events, wine events, conferences, meetings, trade expos, weddings or receptions.
Paso Robles isn’t just home to the Fair it is also a staple in the wine community. Gone are the days of its Wild Wild West history now its history is rich in wine vineyards. Located off of the Salinas River Paso is also known for its amazing hot springs. There are plenty of places to get your wine fix like Tobin James Cellars or Calcareous Vineyard. If you want to combine your love of wine and food you can take the Central Coast Food Tour.
There are also plenty of museums to choose from in Paso Robles. You can go to the Estrella Warbird Air Museum or the Woodland Auto Display. You can also lace up your golf shoes and head on over to the Paso Robles Golf Club and tee off.
