        Things to do in Lanzarote
Timanfaya National Park and visitors center cover a quarter of the island, in the visitor center you’ll find video presentations and learn about the origins of the islands. Another volcanic formation, Jameos del Agua on the northern part of the island has an underground lava tunnel. Take a guided tour of a cavern at the Green Cave or Cueva de los Verdes part of the Jameo del Agua tunnel. Agricola museum I like a museum of history and the exhibits show what Lanzarote was like in its agricultural days. Of course while you’re in Lanzarote you’ll be tempted to soak up some sun on the many beaches and enjoy the rugged coastline.
