Japan Rail has a terminal adjacent to the airport that can take you to Miyazaki or any city on Kyushu. Automobile rental is available at the airport through Hertz, Auto Europe, and Holiday Autos. Taxis are available at the airport. Payment is expected in cash up front and taxis are considered very expensive.
Miyazaki airport is a small business airport about two miles south of the city of Miyazaki on Kyushu, Japan. The city of Miyazaki is a celebrated Japanese tourist attraction due to its location on the ocean but close to the mountains.

The city is home to Skynet and two Dell service centers. The city is one of the few cities in Japan where surfing is good as well as safe. One of the not to miss truly Japanese experiences are the public baths.
The city has recently become a center for Japanese movie making. The city has a world class golf course designed by Tom Watson so business travelers can take advantage of the Japanese tradition of conducting business on the golf course.
