The Hershey Lodge and Convention Center offers a total of 100,000 square feet of usable meeting space to people who are interested in holding meetings, conferences, trade shows, or exhibitions. The facility can also be configured for performances and shows as needed, making it a flexible and attractive option for convention visitors.
Of that 100,000 square feet, 47,000 is dedicated exhibition space, giving a wide range of options for exhibitions. The rooms can be made smaller with the use of portable walls to maximize the rooms to the specifications of each group. Meeting rooms make up the remainder of the square footage. There are ten rooms available before you begin using the portable walls, allowing you to customize your meeting space to best suit your group.
The on-site staff is available to assist with the usage of the extensive audio and visual equipment and concierge staff is available to ensure that the usage of the space goes as planned. The catering menu is extensive and allows for banquets that suit any group. The Great American Hall is the biggest and most technologically advanced meeting space in the region.
