About the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center
From the country music scene to the new theme park across the street from the convention center, Nashville has it all. There is more than half a million square feet of meeting space available at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. The biggest single space is the Delta Ballroom, which has over 55,000 square feet of space. The Delta Ballroom can be divided into several sections, making it accessible to smaller groups and special occasions and also to large groups. The capacity of the Delta Ballroom before it is divided is more than a thousand people.
Beyond the Delta Ballroom, the convention center has 152 meeting rooms. These rooms come in a variety of sizes and can be combined to create larger rooms as needed. The spaces are listed individually and in combination on the facility map on their website to allow potential visitors to determine which space best fits their needs.
The convention center has 92 “break out” rooms in addition to the ballroom spaces and the meeting room spaces. This allows for large business conferences and trade shows to use the space in a number of different ways. The facility also has a large exhibition space that is designed specifically for trade shows and exhibitions of various kinds. The facility offers a wide range of amenities, including catering for special occasions and banquets.
