Avis, Hertz and Alamo are all located in the terminal at the Rental Agency please call ahead during the holiday season. There is a cab stand located near the terminal parking lots. C&H Taxi is the in-house used company, however, other taxis, such as AAA Taxi, are often found in the taxi lot. Chandler Limousine Service is the go to choice at the airport and an airport representative at baggage claim can call and make arrangements for you.
The airport offers a list of nine hotels that offer complimentary one way shuttle services from the hotel to the airport please see below . There are no shuttle services for airport parking lots. There is a long term parking lot and short term parking lot available at the airport.
Charleston, Gateway Of West Virginia
Yeager Airport is a public airport located three miles from Charleston, West Virginia. It opened in 1947 and spans roughly 775 acres of land. It is also home to the Char stone Air National Guard and houses several military aircraft, including the C-130 Hercules. There are more than 250,000 passengers who visit Yeager Airport annually.
There is one terminal with three concourses. Concourse A serves Delta Connections and United Express. Concourse B serves Delta Airlines and Spirit Airlines. Concourse C serves American Eagle and US Airways Express. People Express Airlines is scheduled to begin flights out of Yeager Airport in October of 2014.
CRW Airport Terminals
Yeager Airport offers Wi-Fi Internet to all of its passengers and visitors. There is a USO Military Lounge located in the pre-security area. Shoe shine services are available in the gate areas. There is one main gift shop simply named Airport Gift Shop (no duty free). There is a game room located across the aisle from Gate B2. There are several restaurants in the terminal as well, including Tudor’s Restaurant and Gino’s Pizzeria (which offers a full service bar). ATMs are located near baggage claim areas and baggage carts are available at baggage claim. There is a pet comfort station located outside the terminal.
Hotels near CRW
Yeager Airport has nine local hotel accommodations which include the Four Points Sheraton and Embassy Suites both of which are located less than two miles from the hotel. For economy accommodations the airport recommends the Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. Both are located within five miles and are across the street from one another.
