Hotels near BOS
BOS serves as the primary airport in Boston. It is situated only a few kilometers from the main area, making it easier for passengers to access and reach downtown. As a city, Boston offers a lot of attractions, like an endless list of museums to view. A good example of this is the New England Museum, which is also the same place where the largest fish tank in the world is being housed. Another good example is the Museum of Science. More than these places to view, Boston offers a lot of more destinations where visitors, families or groups of friends can visit.

Research only has to be made first along with making reservations to necessary establishments to prepare for the visit. As for hotels, tourists won’t have a hard time finding a place where they can stay. There are some that are conveniently situated within the airport’s property such as the Hilton Boston and Boston Harbor Hotel.

Boston is Massachusetts’ state capital and also the largest one in New England. As a city, it serves as among the wealthiest, most influential and historic places within the United States. The city is offering a plethora of historical sites and museums with a wide array of live performances.
About Boston Airport
This is the exact combination that perfectly explains why Boston receives about 16.3 million of visitors every year. With its high number of visitors every day, it serves as one of the top 10 tourist locations within the United States. Boston is not only close to the city that houses Harvard at Cambridge. It is also the home to the international airport in the area, the BOS or Logan International Airport.

Boston’s international airport, the Logan International Airport, is officially called as the Lt. General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport. It is located within Boston’s east part of neighborhood. The airport is covering a total of 2,384 acres. It is also featuring 6 runways with 16,000 employed. This is the largest airport within New England, also described as the 18th busiest in all airports in the United States. Just in 2013, it was able to serve 28.9 million passengers, which increased to 30.6 million in 2014.

BOS Terminals
The Logan International Airport is only 3 miles from the downtown area. There are free buses operating to all terminals, which connect to the airport through the MTA Blue Line Airport Station. There are 4 terminals in the airport, the terminal A, B and C, which caters to domestic passengers, and Terminal E for both Southwest/AirTran and International.

Just last year, in 2014, the airport re-opened terminal B after it was refurbished. The terminal has undergone several major renovations. Presently, Terminal E is receiving the same treatment. Right now, Logan continues to gain more major international airlines, which began in 2008.

Most of these airlines are in the Middle East and Asia. The passengers that are received by the airport are already huge. The number still increases on every year. The expansion that is done in the airport is the main reason why it still continues to operate.
