Cancel or Modify Your Reservation

Refund timelines, cancellation policies and processes

If you need to cancel or modify a reservation you can also log into your Customer Account to make your requests or click on the links provided on your email confirmation. Refunds for rides are processed within the normal timeframe, 3-5 business days from the cancellation request. Once that has happened, your bank or payment service ultimately determines when the funds will be sent to your account. You will get the refund back on your original method(s) of payment. You will get a 100% refund if you cancel your reservation before your provider's cancellation policy deadline.

 

You can find your provider's contact information under the "Provider Information" on your email confirmation. In addition, you can cancel your reservation online by clicking the CLICK HERE link in your email confirmation or when you log into your Customer Account. The following examples is what it will look like in your email confirmation:

CANCELLATIONS: Please note that all reservations must be cancelled via the cancellation link inside your email confirmation or can be cancelled by logging into your account. Email or phone cancellations will not be accepted. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your flight ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE time and to get a full refund. To cancel your reservation, please CLICK HERE.

Modifying and updating rides

Have a change of plans? We are here to help. Most changes can be made online or you can contact your provider from your email confirmation by phone or through our messenger system.

In addition, you can modify your reservation online by clicking the CLICK HERE link in your email confirmation or when you log into your Customer Account. Please note that if the location or vehicle changes on the reservation then it cannot be modified but must be cancelled and rebooked with the correct information.
