Refund timelines, cancellation policies and processes
If you need to cancel or modify a reservation you can also log into your Customer Account to make your requests or click on the links provided on your email confirmation. Refunds for rides are processed within the normal timeframe, 3-5 business days from the cancellation request. Once that has happened, your bank or payment service ultimately determines when the funds will be sent to your account. You will get the refund back on your original method(s) of payment. You will get a 100% refund if you cancel your reservation before your provider's cancellation policy deadline.
You can find your provider's contact information under the "Provider Information" on your email confirmation. In addition, you can cancel your reservation online by clicking the CLICK HERE link in your email confirmation or when you log into your Customer Account. Modifying and updating rides
Have a change of plans? We are here to help. Most changes can be made online or you can contact your provider from your email confirmation by phone or through our messenger system.

Please note that if the location or vehicle changes on the reservation then it cannot be modified but must be cancelled and rebooked with the correct information.
