The Interstate access is very convenient and the navigation layout to downtown is very easy to follow, with ample parking facilities, all in close proximity. They also have the ‘Greater Little Rock Transportation’ services serving the Little Rock area. Yellow Cab is there to provide everyone with fast, safe, courteous, and convenient access to Little Rock and surrounding areas. Public transportation is available and there is an airport shuttle that runs when you need it. Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock It features big exhibition halls with various meeting rooms. One of its big attractions is the Wally Allen Ballroom. The facility offers great flexibility for planners in their designing of special events, trade shows, exhibitions and conventions. Aside from being connected to the Little Rock Marriott, there are several other top quality hotels located in the area that offer additional exhibit and meeting space. The Statehouse Convention Center is only 10 minutes away from the airport, and a few short blocks away from major interstates. It has a parking garage located only 2 blocks to the south of the Convention Center, and several hundred additional spaces within just a few blocks. The Center features 7 many meeting rooms with an additional 3 registration rooms. They also have a small conference room if needed for small meetings. Regardless of your need, whether it is for a luncheon, seminar or small board meeting, these meeting rooms have been designed to accommodate your group. One of the Main features of the Center is its Governor’s Halls, which carry an impressive 82,892 square feet of space. They have a stunning concrete floor with a ceiling that has been equipped with mercury vapor and adjustable (dimmer) lighting. They halls can all be opened together to form one large area, or divided into 4 separate halls (a private entrance for each one), or you can combine the features to match whatever your event calls for. These Governor’s Halls deliver enough space for as many as 398 – 10’x10′ exhibition booths. You can pull in vehicles as big as tractor trailers directly into these Halls to load and unload. All personnel are well trained and equipped for handling the gas, electrical, telephone, and plumbing requirements at the site. Anyone looking for a family-friendly city will be well pleased with Little Rock. They offer fun, interactive, hands-on activities for the whole family at various museums throughout the city. For those who like to have their fun outdoors, there are plenty of places to explore central Arkansas’ wondrous natural beauty. Peabody Park is where you can splash around and enjoy water fun, or maybe hop onto the River Rail Trolley to take a ride through the downtown area, hopping off and on to go dining, shopping and sightseeing.
