Hayden Airport Shuttles
Hayden shuttle to the airport
Yampa Valley Regional Airport is the gateway of choice in northeast Colorado. The airport code is (HDN) and serves as the transportation hub or the “heartbeat” of Yampa Valley. The airport is located in and owned by Routt County. It is only two miles southeast of Hayden, Colorado.

Go Alpine meets all flights at the Yampa Valley Regional HDN and during the seasonal months of December to April it offers great shared ride shuttle and private vehicle service to Steamboat Springs which is located 25 minutes east of Yampa Valley.

This shuttle service is priced per person or group rate and reservations are strongly encouraged. Walk-up passengers are boarded on a first come, first serve basis until maximum capacity is reached. Additional transportation services are available, but are limited. You can reserve a car through Avis to be brought to the airport or you can call and request a taxi from one of Hayden’s providers.

Hayden Is The Heartbeat Of Yampa Valley
This airport is seasonal with the exception of year round commuter flights to Denver. To name a few; the seasonal airline passenger services include destinations such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Newark and Seattle. Seasonal flights begin in December and run through April each year.

The FFA records more than 100,000 airline passengers boarding at this airport annually, and according to the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems a primary commercial service airport.

The Regional Airport in Yampa Valley recently completed an $18 million dollar expansion of the terminal, the exterior covering and the parking lot. Hayden, CO is one of the tiniest communities in the United States to have a passenger jet service on a scheduled basis.

Because of its rather small size, there is no air traffic control tower at Yampa Valley Regional Airport. All incoming and outgoing aircraft to Yampa Valley Airport receive control services from the Denver Air Traffic Control Center.
