a) AirportShuttles.com will make all reasonable efforts to provide the infrastructure necessary for transportation owners and managers to quickly and efficiently post /manage transportation information and inventory on the AirportShuttles.com database. b) AirportShuttles.com will provide to Affiliates, Home Agents and Transportation Partners the design and data resources needed to build, maintain and manage their AirportShuttles.com Transportation Web page and, at its option, AirportShuttles.com will provide links to other approved sites and operate a consumer care center and help line. Access to our site is provided only in accordance with AirportShuttles.com's Terms and Conditions. c) AirportShuttles.com will be solely responsible for all monetary transactions with transportation reservation customers.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES - USERS, AFFILIATES, HOME AGENTS, TRANSPORTATION PARTNERS AND OTHERS 
a) Users of this site agree to access it only for adding and/or updating their transportation information to the AirportShuttles.com database. (b) You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the proper working of the site. You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. (c) You agree that any information provided by you will be accurate and updated in a timely manner. 4. RELATIONSHIP 
AirportShuttles.com and its Licensees, Partners, Affiliates and Home Agents are independent contractors and no employee-employer, partnership, agency, joint venture or franchisor-franchisee relationship is, or is intended to be, created by these Terms. Licensees, Partners, Affiliates and others have no authority to make any arrangements or statements, or enter into any relationships, on AirportShuttles.com's behalf.

5. ASSIGNMENT 
Agreements signed between AirportShuttles.com and Affiliates, Home Agents, Transportation Partners and/or others, and the rights, duties and obligations that they convey, are not assignable.

6. SALES REPORTS 
Sales reports, commission statements and other relevant information will be made available by AirportShuttles.com in a timely manner. Protected online access will also be provided where appropriate.

7. PRIVACY
Acceptance of the AirportShuttles.com Privacy & Security Policy is implicit in agreeing to AirportShuttles.com's Terms and Conditions.

8. OWNERSHIP 
This site and all content contained herein are owned and operated by AirportShuttles.com. 12. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

The Terms may be amended at any time by posting amended terms on this site. 15. GOVERNING LAW 
This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida, without regard to rules governing choice of laws. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, the state of Florida, United States of America, in all matters arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. Failure by AirportShuttles.com to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce any provision should AirportShuttles.com deem it necessary to do so.

16. THIS AGREEMENT
