Customer Service / Call Center
Duties: In this role, you will handle a high volume
of inbound customer calls for worldwide airport shuttle reservations; research
and resolve billing inquiries; explain differences between different shuttles
and providers; troubleshoot transportation issues; and prioritize and organize
daily follow-ups to ensure timely resolution. You will also evaluate customer
concerns and resolve problems to the customers satisfaction. Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have relevant experience, including online customer
contact. Excellent oral/written communication, problem-solving, analytical and
troubleshooting skills are essential, ability to be
a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work a flexible schedule,
as well as a working knowledge of computers and keyboard data entry. |

Development & Sales Duties: Business
Development & Sales manages the internal and external relationships with AirportShuttles.com
commercial partners including vendors, affiliates, e-commerce partners, and advertisers.
You will be processing airport shuttle contracts, including loading and administration.
Accurately entering data to the contract database in a timely fashion. You will
also be expected to maintain daily contact with airport shuttle partners via phone
and email. Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have excellent
oral/written communication skills, ability to demonstrate successful negotiation
skills, good defusing techniques for difficult situations, ability to work in
a fast pace environment, multi-task and make sound decisions, display sensitivity
to customer needs, abilility to be a team player with a positive attitude and
the ability to work a flexible schedule. |
